At 9:53a.m. on November 10, 2012, I gave birth to that beautiful baby. Having Ella has literally changed my entire life. She is now the best part of my day. Her smiles in the morning make me happy to get up so I can play with her (and I am NOT a morning person). Her cries break my heart. Her ability to learn new things everyday amazes me. And her laughs fill my heart with more love than I could ever imagine.
I decided to start this blog because I realized that I needed somewhere to combine my love of writing, reading, and motherhood. Everything I write here will be strictly of my own opinion and feelings. Being a mommy has been the best experience I have ever had, but there are parts of my "old life" that I did not want to lose. Being able to write, read a good book, and discuss both of those things especially. So while this is a "mommy blog" predominantly, expect to find posts about my favorite books, articles, or maybe even just something I find interesting and want to share.
I love to hear feedback. I especially love to hear experiences from other mommies, so feel free to share!
